“I first met Aislinn in 2007 when she was interested in learning about trauma-informed interventions to support her work as a social worker serving children, adolescents and families struggling with mental health issues. She was interested in understanding the causes and roots of people's struggles rather than band-aid solutions.

I know Aislinn to be a strong and confident woman with an admirable desire to bring more compassion to others and to better the world. I saw her kindness and wisdom bloom even more when she became a parent, together with her sense of responsibility towards the next generation. She leads with her example, and she is an action-taker!

I always imagine Aislinn to become a strong leader with a clear sense of direction and deeply connected to her values and love for her community.
